Who's behind this

We measure things for a living. This is the schedule door.

No-Shows 63 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local practices and service businesses. The conviction behind this door came from attribution work for a specialty practice: across thirteen months of traced inquiries, the calendar was where revenue became real — once anything got booked, even leads everyone had written off closed at 67%. The booking was the battle. Which made the appointments that evaporated after booking the most expensive losses in the whole funnel: fully won, then surrendered to silence.

Most no-show advice starts with patient psychology. We start with the flow — because the flow is measurable, buildable, and doesn't require your patients to become different people.
